As Mandalorians, we are bound to a code called the "Six Actions"(Resol'nare in Mando'a).  These Six Actions keep us from being debased, murdering neanderthals, and gives us direction in our lives while pulling us together as a community - they give us a means to gain glory and honor, and originally the Canons of Honor and the Supercommando Codex were extrapolated from these.  These Six Actions are:

1)"I will defend myself and my family." Mandalorians have extreme love for family. The Family is the basic unit of Mandalorian culture. With this love, protection of Family becomes paramount. A Mandalorian must do all s/he can to protect his/her family. Also preservation of self is vitally important as you can't provide for your family if you're dead.

2)"All my children will be raised as Mandalorians." First of all, it is important for Mandalorians to get married and have children. Children carry on what their parents teach them. In order for the continuation of the Mandalorian culture, our lifestyle, and our values; it is very important to have children and teach them the ways of the Mandalorians and raise them to be Mandalorians.

3)"I will take pride in wearing armor that represents my Mandalorian status." Clothing is an external statement of who we are. Clothing, uniforms, armband, armor, or other clothing items should be worn to show, externally, one's commitment to the Mandalorian lifestyle.

4)"I will speak Mando'a" The Mandalorian language, Mando'a, is one of the most important things that sets the Mandalorians apart from other cultures. While the Mandalorian language is not fully developed yet, it is important for all Mandalorians to learn as much as they can and help to develop Mando'a into a full language.  Throughout history, the language is one of the few things that has barely seen change.

5)"I will help my aliit to succeed and sustain itself." The aliit has the same importance as the family. This is because the aliit is simply a larger form of the family. It is an extended family if you will. It is important that an aliit succeed in all it's efforts and that it be able to sustain itself. It is the duty of every aliit member to support their aliit.

6)"I will answer the call of the Mand'alor." Mand'alor is the elected leader of the Mandalorians. Mand'alor oversees the entire Mandalorian society during times when the aliite may disagree amongst themselves, or when the aliite need to become organized for whatever reason. However if the current Mand'alor tries to be dictatorial or no longer commands respect from the Mandalorians another Mand'alor will be elected. Mand'alor must be a true leader not some crazy nut.

Failing to follow these simple actions results in excommunication from the Mandalorian community. It will be demanded, upon refusing to follow one or any of these, that you remove your armor and never speak the language again, though this is a VERY LIGHT punishment.  Most of the time it will be met with death.  No matter what, you will be labelled "Dar'manda" which means "No longer a Child of Mandalore".  This is one of the worst labels you can be given as a Mandalorian and is NEVER used lightly.

When a Mandalorian comes upon a Dar'manda, they have two choices depending upon what circumstances make that individual dar'manda.  If the individual is just a lost vod, unaware of his heritage, or why he is wearing the armor, why he speaks the language, or anything about the culture: You can educate him/her.  Bring them into the community and make a respectable Mando'ad out of them.

However if this individual has become Dar'manda through some conscious decision of his/heer own: it is a Mandalorian's duty to strip the individual of their armor and heritage, and slay them to save their soul.  This is always a bittersweet occassion.   Losing a vod, but sending their soul to the afterlife.
A few words on the Resol'nare and the Dar'mandase who break them.
